Types of Bets for Online Roulette

First, a player chooses how much he or she would like to bet and moves the computer mouse to the area matching that bet. Next, the player clicks the left mouse button to deposit those chips on the table.

Finally, the player must press the spin button to start the wheel spinning. Once the ball stops on one of the numbered wheel slots, the player will know whether the bet was a winner.

Column Bet

There are different types of bets for Online Roulette. A Column Bet is when a player places a bet on one of the boxes that are marked “two to one”. These boxes signify each of the twelve numbers above. When a bet is placed in one of these boxes, all the numbers above that box are included in the bet. If the ball drops into any of these numbers, the bet is won and pays two to one.

Corner Bet

A Corner Bet is just like a street bet with the exception of one rule. Corner Bets cover four numbers. If a bet is placed on the cross where those four numbers meet and the ball drops on any of those numbers, the player wins the bet, which pays out eight to one.

Line Bet

A Line Bet covers six different numbers in two rows of three numbers. For instance, a one, two and three together with a four, five and six is a Line Bet. Players will place their chips on the outer right boundary line of the table, where the line that divides the two rows intersects. When the ball drops into any of those six numbers chosen by the player, the player wins and is paid five to one.

Split Bet

Split Bets are placed on any two neighboring numbers on the table. A player putting chips on the line that divides those two numbers does this. Once the ball has stopped on either of those two numbers, the player wins and is paid seventeen to one.

Street Bet

Street Bets cover three different numbers. Player put their chips on the right boundary line of the table. This line sits next to the row of three corresponding numbers. This bet pays out eleven to one.

Straight Up Bet

Finally, a Straight Up Bet is the basic bet placed by many players. Players place their chips on any single number of their choice. This bet pays out thirty-five to one and is the most popular bet for most online and offline Roulette players.
